Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $41,600 and $62,400 per year, or $20 to $30 per hour.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our managing attorney with various tasks, including marketing and sales projects, finance and administration tasks, and supporting our attorneys in managing their cases, gathering and organizing client materials, preparing and filing court documents, and more.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the managing attorney on marketing and sales projects
- Support the director of finance and administration with finance and administration projects
- Assist attorneys in managing their cases, gathering and organizing client materials, and preparing and filing court documents
- Assist attorneys with Medicaid applications and other projects related to providing legal services for firm clients
Qualifications
- Highly intelligent and highly conscientious individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
