About the Position

This Senior Laboratory Technician role is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team at US Tech Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments and analysis in support of molecular toxicology studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multitasking and collaboration with other groups within R&D to identify optimal screening assays for early detection of toxicity liabilities.
  • Supporting Preclinical Safety Toxicologists and Pathologists with key in vitro platforms for investigating molecular mechanisms of toxicity.
  • Developing and characterizing 2D in vitro platforms focused on toxicology.
  • Conducting routine in vitro screening assays for early drug candidates.
  • Producing and presenting key data as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in cell/molecular biology, molecular toxicology/pharmacology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • 1-5+ years of experience in basic cell culture and cell biology endpoints.
  • Practical knowledge of in vitro assay development and troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis, interpretation, report writing, and communication.
  • Familiarity with traditional scientific, statistical, and graphing software.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
