**Job Title:** Human Resources Generalist - Equestrian Festival

Wellington International, a renowned equestrian sports event organizer, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This dynamic role will focus on supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration for our Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator/Administrator position.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting seasonal employees for our Winter Equestrian Festival, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all onboarding functions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, job descriptions, and assist with payroll-related data entry in our accounting system.
  • Maintain employee records, perform data entry, verify employment, and provide support for benefit open enrollment, new hire orientation, and other assigned duties.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance department efficiency and contribute to a seamless festival experience.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing software (PAYCOM preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
