Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct medical care to patients, demonstrating clinical competence and professional commitment.
  • Refer patients to other providers as necessary, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in patient care audits to maintain and improve patient care standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical knowledge by attending conferences, seminars, and continuing education programs.
  • Represent the health center with external authorities and the community as required.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine specializing in Acute Care and a current medical license in Massachusetts.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
