As a Family Medicine Specialist at One Medical, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns have been delighting patients for years.

What You'll Be Working On:

  1. Managing a diverse patient panel with a range of needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  2. Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  3. Staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge through weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing training
  4. Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  5. Utilizing your specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures
  6. Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required:

  1. Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  2. Practiced at least 2 of the last 10 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
  3. Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  4. State licensed in New York, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in New York, NY, with a salary range of $260,000 to $279,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
