Job Title: Staff Training Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Training Specialist to join our team at Liberty ARC. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, training, and documenting employees on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and conduct training sessions for employees
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Document and track employee training and development
* Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of direct care experience in a human services field
* Supervisory experience in a human services field preferred
* Prior presentation, mentoring, or teaching experience required
* Current Red Cross 1st Aid and CPR Instructor and OPWDD SCIP-R instructor certification preferred
* Must be able to read and write English language
* Must have a valid driver's license
