  • We are seeking an Advanced Calibration Specialist to perform installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties on complex laboratory, process, and utility instrumentation in our primarily paperless work environment, following SOPs in a cGMP facility.
About the Role
  • The Advanced Calibration Specialist will collaborate with the Maintenance, Operations, and Automation groups to ensure efficient and effective operations in a dynamic biotech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties on complex laboratory, process, and utility instrumentation.
  • Work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with appropriate approval from management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of operating principles of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of eight years of experience applying the knowledge, principles, and practices relevant to calibration and instrumentation.
  • Prior evidence of successful participation on work teams where combined contribution, collaboration, and results were expected.
  • Demonstrated ability with common computer tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based applications.
