Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Deployment Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for the installation and testing of wireless communication equipment at various sites.

Our client is a leading provider of turnkey solutions for wireless and wireline communication networks across the East Coast. With a strong presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for major carriers such as TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Mounting, testing, and aligning Remote Radio Heads (RRH) and Antennas at designated sites
- Utilizing OTDR, Power Meters, and Spectrum Analyzers to ensure optimal system performance
- Working collaboratively with project managers to finalize efforts and close out packages
- Providing excellent customer service and interaction skills
- Managing materials, performing site surveys, and tracking progress
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in RF testing and troubleshooting
- Experience mounting RF equipment, including antennas and remote radio heads
- Proficiency in PIM/Sweep Testing and working with OTDR/Spectrum Analyzers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in varied weather conditions and small heights

Work Environment
This is a Monday-Friday job with typical day shifts ranging from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will work in teams of 2, with occasional exposure to heights and inclement weather.
