Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Retail Sales Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of our retail sales team.

Primary Objectives:

  • Supervise and manage a team of retail sales workers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement daily schedules for shift personnel to maximize productivity.
  • Provide training and evaluation to employees to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.
  • Analyze and track monthly results and trends to inform business forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
