Responsibilities
  • Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to patients in the PACU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state where care is provided
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience in a PACU or similar setting
