Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our APM division, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems related to sewer, storm, and water infrastructure. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of these essential systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems: You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems related to sewer, storm, and water infrastructure.
  • Inspect plumbing systems: You will inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and discuss solutions with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members: You will collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings: You will interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the layout and specifications of plumbing systems.
  • Cut, assemble, and install pipes: You will cut, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures according to plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Test plumbing systems: You will test plumbing systems for leaks and other malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace damaged parts: You will repair or replace damaged or worn plumbing parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service: You will provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
  • Ensure safety procedures: You will follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You must have a high school diploma, trade school, or equivalent.
  • Valid plumbing license: You must have a valid plumbing license.
  • Proven experience as a plumber: You must have proven experience working as a plumber, specifically in sewer, storm, and water plumbing.
  • P-7 Limited Sewer, Storm and Water Certification: You must have P-7 Limited Sewer, Storm and Water Certification.
  • Site work and development experience: You must have site work and development experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations: You must have in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various materials and tools: You must have familiarity with various materials and tools used in sewer, storm, and water plumbing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills: You must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
