About the Role

This is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) & Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position that requires a minimum of 1+ years speech therapy experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for working with children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs.">
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' goals.">
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting, supporting students with speech and language challenges.">
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies.">
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress.">

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas SLP license (for SLPs) or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Texas SLPA license (for SLPA).">
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.">
