Job Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic bartending team at Kalapawai Cafe ~ Kapolei. As a key player in providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in bartending and be registered with the Honolulu Liquor Commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Fulfill orders efficiently, managing cash transactions and phone calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strictly adhere to recipes and company procedures, guaranteeing quality and consistency in every drink.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, all positions provide full medical and dental benefits once qualified. Valid TB test and Hep A vaccinations are required.
