Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Associate/Assembler to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and assembling truck bodies, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, instructions, and labels to assemble truck bodies
- Cut wood or metals to specific sizes using various saws, shears, and cutters
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners
- Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools, perform machine setup, and preventative maintenance as required
- Examine finished projects for quality and defects, conduct safety and quality checks, and adhere to all safety policies

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
- Ability to work with hand and power tools, read and interpret blueprints
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds
