At Sterling Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide behavioral health consultation to improve psychosocial functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team, and have a strong understanding of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of behavioral health clients to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Assist clients in achieving their goals through personalized treatment planning and coordination.
  • Crisis Intervention: Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions to ensure the well-being of clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings that support Sterling Health Care's integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients.
  • Risk Identification: Identify patients at risk and develop plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration.
  • Education and Training: Teach patients, families, and staff about prevention, treatment, and enhancement techniques.
  • Program Monitoring: Monitor the site's behavioral health program and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Licensure: Licensed in the State of Kentucky as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Language Skills: Spanish proficiency preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
