Job Overview

The YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a dedicated Youth Sports Coach to join our team.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging sports activities for children aged 5 years old and older.
  • Maintain sporting equipment and other resources in good condition.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child, promoting positive play and social development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and youth participants.
  • Ensure safe supervision at all times.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated self-starter with experience working with children and providing guidance.
  • CPR/ First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work varied weekdays, including Saturdays.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
