Job Summary

CFS Brands is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all switches and access points globally
  • Oversee the management of all firewall hardware globally
  • Ensure the proper functioning of IT power systems and cooling systems
  • Respond promptly to system outages, resolve issues, and diagnose root causes
  • Migrate internal or acquisition domains and workgroups into CFS standards
  • Manage DNS and DHCP globally
  • Assist with the management of company firewalls, physical security control systems, and cybersecurity tools and platforms
  • Plan and execute the installation of new hardware solutions
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedural documents and the IT knowledge base
  • Notify users of upcoming planned maintenance, service disruptions, and reinstatements
  • Meet or exceed established departmental workload and efficiency goals
  • Assist in meeting compliance with CFS Brands policies and procedures, and internal controls
Requirements
  • Five years of relevant Network Engineer experience supporting enterprise-scale environments with a mid-level certification such as Network+, Security+, MCSA, etc.
  • Or eight years of relevant Network Engineer experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
  • Additional Network certifications are a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of CLI switch administration
  • Advanced understanding of firewall administration
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP subnetting
  • Good knowledge of Standards and their practical implementation
  • Good knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
  • Good knowledge of the TCP/IP and OSI Models
  • Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP management
  • Basic knowledge of firewall rules, VPN setup, and security protocols
  • Basic knowledge of VLANs and network segmentation
  • Good organizational skills and experience with helpdesk systems, SLAs, and support contracts
  • Good knowledge of applicable information security principles and data privacy practices/laws
  • Good understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery practices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a wide range of end-users
Travel Requirements

Up to 20% travel to support multiple operating locations and corporate initiatives across the US and Mexico, with potential travel to Europe
