We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings in the United States.

Job Summary

This role involves traveling while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives by assessing and creating personalized therapy plans, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks, and increasing independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to meet individual patient needs.
  • Provide adaptive equipment and strategies to enhance patients' functional abilities.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress throughout the treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare environments.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, accompanied by travel and housing stipends. Additionally, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

The estimated annual salary includes base pay ($100,000), benefits, and other compensation, resulting in a total package worth over $120,000 annually.
