Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and verifying patient information upon each visit, creating rapport with patients, and providing support and compassion to ensure a positive patient experience.

- Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
- Answer questions, address worries, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person's individual challenges.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a High School Diploma/ GED, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills. Additionally, proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and 1+ year of full-time customer service experience are required.
