Business Development Representative

At Hendrick Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
