The estimated salary for this position ranges from $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to apply technical skills to system components and foundational code targeting higher performance of Self-Driving and Humanoid robot systems.

You will be responsible for writing, debugging, and maintaining robust C/C++ software for the entire Autopilot and Humanoid robot software stack.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performance inter-process communication data buffers to optimize system resources usage
  • Design and implement low memory footprint image compression libraries to improve system efficiency
  • Write GPU kernels to enhance system performance
  • Advocate for best coding practices amongst the group, build tools to help engineers write better code
  • Generalize software frameworks when necessary while keeping in mind potential bottlenecks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field of study with a graduation date between 2025 - 2026
  • Experience programming C/C++ software
  • Experience or familiarity with Computer Vision, Machine Learning & related software concepts a plus
  • Proficient developing software on a Linux host, for embedded Linux targets (cross-compilation, etc.) a plus
