Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Early Intervention Specialist

Join The Resource Exchange Inc as a Speech Language Pathologist - Early Intervention Specialist and contribute to the development of young children with disabilities or delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and intervention services to young children with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSPs).
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultation to other team members.
  • Empower parents to carry on learning in natural environments and foster leadership and positive regard for families.

Requirements:

  • MA/MS in Speech-Language Pathology with CDE certification and Certificate of Clinical Competence-CCC-SLP/Dora licensure.
  • Three years experience working with young children with disabilities or delays, including infants and toddlers.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
