Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Register patients and manage their records
- Confirm appointments and communicate with patients regarding their schedules
- Respond to patient needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collect payment from departing patients and manage our office's financial transactions
- Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments and staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental software and technology
- Dental experience is a plus
