**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team at University Health. This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care activities while supporting the licensed nurse.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Perform clerical duties under the supervision of the licensed nurse
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited school or certification from an approved credentialing body for medical assistants required
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Card required

**Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
