We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an independent contractor, providing health readiness services to Military Service members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing and experience working with military personnel. They will be responsible for supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and interviewing service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be certified in CPR and BLS, and have a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting physical health assessments of military personnel
  • Reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires
  • Interviewing military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns
  • Identifying any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health
  • Documenting interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system

Requirements include:

  • Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program
  • Possession of a minimum of CPR and BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
