Geriatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Nurse to join our team at Garrison Memorial Hospital. This long-term care position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require specialized care, including those with complex medical needs.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
• At least 1 year of experience in geriatric nursing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
