Commercial Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Lee Company. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling HVAC services and maintenance agreements to commercial facility owners and managers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the commercial HVAC industry. You will be expected to use a consultative approach to provide technical solutions and operational expertise to clients, while also developing and closing new sales opportunities within a designated geographic area.
About the Role:This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and promote our services. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell HVAC services and maintenance agreements to commercial facility owners and managers
- Develop and close new sales opportunities within a designated geographic area
- Use a consultative approach to provide technical solutions and operational expertise to clients
- Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
- A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar service or projects
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry as well as client relations
- A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- LEED Certification preferred but not required
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
