Precision Metalworking Specialist

At Beretta USA Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Precision Metalworking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality production of firearms and other metal products.

Salary: $17.68 + shift differential ($600 retention incentive)

Job Description:

This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for operating various machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and grinders. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality parts from raw materials to meet Beretta's blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machine tools simultaneously, following standard operating procedures to achieve standard production quotas.
• Clean machine fixtures and load raw material onto machines.
• Gauge parts produced, using calibrated instruments, to ensure that quality control inspection standards are met.
• Report errors in production and performance to immediate supervisor.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

As a Precision Metalworking Specialist, you will work in a factory setting with exposure to oils, coolants, and cleaning solutions. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk back and forth between machines, and lift up to 40 pounds. Personal safety protective equipment will be provided as required.

Requirements:

• No previous training required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to make continuous or repetitive arm-hand movements.
• Ability to read dial indicators and recognize problems with machines.
• Ability to raise and transport up to 40 pounds.
