About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Republic Bank. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business metrics, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify areas for enhancement across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business metrics, customer feedback, and KPIs across multiple data sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist management in completing reporting requirements to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings.
  • Manage a caseload of customer complaints from start to finish, including case research, resolution, response, and documentation.
  • Identify areas for enhancement across our products and services and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement customer-oriented solutions.
  • Assist management in identifying and implementing improvements to existing workflow and/or procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' work experience related to financial products, product development, data analytics, and/or customer experience.
  • Data analysis experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
