Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison - Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Codeforce360.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service and support to our managed care customers. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will serve as the primary liaison between members and the plan, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through verbal or written communication;
• Facilitate member and provider understanding of plan coverage and benefits by thoroughly researching inquiries in an efficient and professional manner;
• Record all contact with customers in our current MIS system;
• Assist in training and re-training new and current employees;
• Maintain accurate documentation of telephone contacts, walk-in customers, and mail inquiries;
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Excellent communication and knowledge of MIS systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
