Role Summary

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Woven Care, you will collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver the best clinical outcomes and ensure the continuum of care for our patients. You will also complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards, and provide services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in occupational therapy and department quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the family, physicians, schools and other educational institutions, and our team to deliver the best clinical outcomes, and ensure the continuum of care for our patients.
  • Complete case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
  • Provide services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in occupational therapy and department quality assurance standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate of Science or Arts from an Accredited OTA program
  • Certification(s): BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Licensure: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Occupational Therapy (COTA) license
