Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and flexible Registered Nurse to join our Minimally Invasive Diagnostic Center (MIDC) team. The selected candidate will share responsibilities in pre-op, post-op, circulating, and motility testing. This position offers a great work-life balance, with no weekends or holidays required.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze pertinent data to determine patient needs and communicate concerns to providers.
- Analyze assessment data to identify actual or potential problems and develop individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Provide professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment and utilizing the nursing process.
- Document care in electronic medical records and facilitate appropriate medical care.
- Participate in projects and committees related to nursing and healthcare improvement.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
- A current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License is required, as well as certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $34.00 to $48.62 per hour, based on location and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical coverage, paid time off, dental and vision plans, retirement savings, and tuition reimbursement.
