Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team at Genius Road, LLC. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Prepare, review, track, and process purchase orders, maintain contract file information, and ensure all information is stored in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to program staff and contractors regarding contract procedures, and assist with preparation of other documents and contract execution.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal and external partners to support the design, research, preparation, and execution of state program plans, and assist with project costing and budget justifications.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Conduct policy research work and data analysis, ensure contract data is correctly entered for upcoming renewals, and document and process timely compliance reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Contract Management Certificate(s) (CTCD or CTCM).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in general procurement, with at least 5 years of experience in State or Federal government purchasing or contract management and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong MS Office skills, ability to maintain a system of record keeping, and excellent communication skills - written/verbal.
