What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a Manager to join our Governmental Assurance practice, able to sit in a number of our offices.

ResponsibilitiesThe Manager will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements and competing priorities.
They will review and examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
The Manager will maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
They will understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
The Manager will supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement.
They will assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
They will have 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
Experience with governmental clients is highly desirable.
A CPA certification is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field, and 1+ year of supervisory experience.
