Production Planner

As a Production Planner at Power Systems Mfg., LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of our products. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
• Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and components.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a production planning or supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
