- $7,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates
- A competitive salary range estimated at $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
As a dedicated physical rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring a supportive environment for recovery.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide effective communication and collaboration, promoting healing and functional independence in our patients.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting initial evaluations and daily assessments to determine patient progress
- Developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote pain management, mobility, and overall well-being
- Maintaining accurate records of patient data, including billing and productivity reports
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for a Doctorate
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in appropriate states (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR license
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
