We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Baxley, GA location. As a member of our outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve optimal outcomes.

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
• Create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
• Administer evidence-based interventions and exercises to promote recovery and independence
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure successful continuation of care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• A current PT license in the state of Georgia
• At least one year of experience in outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
