Busser Assistant

We're seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Busser. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. If you're a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

• Work well under general supervision and collaborate with various positions in the restaurant.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet guest needs.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware and ensuring timely removal of plates and glassware.
• Reset tables promptly, including silverware setup and cleanliness detail.
• Communicate effectively with FOH staff and management to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Consistency and reliability in meeting job expectations.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts and be flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Continuous bending, reaching, twisting, and use of hands.

• $10.00 per hour plus tips.
• Unlimited earning potential with tips.
• Flexible scheduling for full and part-time employees.

• 16 years or older.
