Seasonal Ambassador

At Lush Handmade Cosmetics, we're seeking a Seasonal Ambassador to join our team. As a Seasonal Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales by utilizing our StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed sales goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing our amazing products.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on fighting animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement by hosting store parties and other initiatives.
  • Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush. Stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to confidently and consistently make informed product recommendations for every customer's needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and Passion: Have a knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible Schedule: Accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Consultation-Based Customer Service Models: Utilize consultation-based customer service models to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Address issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience Working in a Team Environment: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience Working in Skincare or Cosmetics: Have experience working in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
  • Experience in Cross-Cultural Collaboration and DEIB or Social Justice Training: Have experience working in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Other Languages: Be fluent in Spanish, French, or other languages.
