Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be knowledgeable about infection control measures, medication administration, and wound care.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid LPN/LVN license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification and ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience and knowledge of state-specific requirements
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
