Medical Imaging Specialist in Santa Rosa, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team at Aya Healthcare in Santa Rosa, CA.
Salary$2434 - $2655.8 per week based on 13 weeks of work, with opportunities for higher earnings through overtime and bonuses.
About the RoleThis position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care using cutting-edge nuclear medicine technologies. As a Nuclear Medicine Tech, you will be responsible for preparing patients for imaging procedures, operating scanning equipment, and interpreting images to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of one year's experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Tech in a hospital or clinic setting;
- A current BLS certification;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical staff;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Familiarity with PET Scan, 3 Phase, Limited, Whole Body, Cerebral Blood Flow, Liver Flow, Liver Imaging, Liver Scan-Hemangioma, DTPA Aerosol, Perfusion, Captopril, Flow/Function, Three Phase, With Lasix, Cancer Survey, I-123 Uptake Scan, Uptake Scan, Limited, Whole Body, Bone, Brain, Renal, Sestamibi parathyroid scan, Adenosine infusion, Exercise/Rest-Multiple, Exercise/Rest-Single, Persantine Infusion, Pharmacological Stress, Start and maintain Peripheral IV techniques and protocols.
