Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $26.00 per hour, with benefits starting on the first day of employment, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic experience or equivalent education/training
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities

As a Truck Maintenance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units
  • Performing preventative maintenance according to company standards
  • Completing documentation of all repair orders and parts used
  • Handling road service calls and performing road rescue/transport equipment as needed

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
