Job DescriptionA Day in the Life of a Case Manager II:
- Provide street and site outreach to homeless adults with serious mental illness.
- Assist consumers in accessing needed psychiatric treatment, housing, medical, social, educational, vocational, and other supports necessary to meeting basic needs.
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with agency guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience working with co-occurring populations.
- A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
- BLS or CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability and quick learning abilities.
This full-time position offers:
- $20.08 per hour.
- Weekly pay with direct deposit options.
- Off weekends.
- Medical insurance.
- Open communication with a staffing specialist available seven days a week.
