Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Soliant and contribute to delivering exceptional occupational therapy services to individuals in need.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a COTA
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist in conducting evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to help individuals develop or regain daily living skills, fine motor skills, and sensory integration abilities
  • Work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
