Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist

UMC of Southern Nevada is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide anesthesia services for complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia for cardiac and thoracic surgeries, including bypass surgery and other complex procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Develop and implement anesthesia plans to meet individual patient needs

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an Anesthesiology Residency and a one-year cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Valid Nevada medical license and DEA registration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
• TEE certification
