About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Center team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and prioritize patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements
  • A current state RN license and an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in a surgical setting
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
