Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, FMLA management, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Hiring: Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Post job openings, review applications, and conduct interviews to ensure the best candidates are selected.
• Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Provide training and support to help employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
• FMLA Management: Ensure compliance with Family and Medical Leave Act regulations by maintaining accurate records and processing leave requests in a timely manner.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and professional manner.
• Benefits Administration: Manage the company's benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• HR Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's mission and values.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment law, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Three to five years of experience in HR, preferably in a management role
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
