New Home Sales Consultant

About Your Role
  • You will engage with visitors to understand their home buying needs and utilize our company's selling philosophy to establish relationships.
  • Develop self-generated sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Maintain the Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
  • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Key Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • A California Real Estate License is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools are required.
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are necessary for success.
Compensation and Benefits

We anticipate an hourly rate between $18.50-$19, based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
