About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, sharing knowledge on our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
  • Participate in feedback to continuously improve the business and strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior retail management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
