Job Description

This Recruiting Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for supporting the Client Partnership and Account Management teams while working effectively in a collaborative environment toward strategic organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional data entry, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Ability to research, collect, and manipulate data
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, and web-based computer technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry of client requisitions, candidate, and other account-related information utilizing Excel and other databases
  • Maintain online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.)
  • Gather, research, and assemble a variety of information to assist with order management and internal/external update meetings
  • Communicate regularly with the recruiting team and other internal departments as needed
  • Provide backup support to sales coordinators, and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level degree preferred
